On of the first independent projects for Koll-Arch. This renovation of the Carriage House to the Isaiah Jones Homestead provided two new guest suites for the Inn. The design was simply to continue the character of the structure in the addition that faces the existing gardens. The addition creates as small overhang entry below the new dormers with a central stair leading to the guest rooms.
