One of the first commercial projects in Buffalo, Koll-Arch was tasked to design a space for individual offices while provide multiple areas for collaboration. The design presents a series of offices under a canopy of reclaimed wood as a backdrop for the remaining space.
With the space just recently completed, the tenant will complete the space with the addition of a conference table and chairs and soft seating.
One of the highlights of this project was refurbishing a gear from the existing elevator to create a custom light fixture collaborating with Emerson James Inc. Adding a conversation piece and another example of how Buffalo builds upon it's past.
